
Joanna McGowan is a young and vibrant contemporary singer-songwriter from Kent.
With her eclectic mix of narrative realism it is clear that Joanna is a well-established songwriter and storyteller. 2014 saw the release of ‘JOY ‘which charted at #22 on the iTunes Singer-Songwriter charts and received support from blogs and local radio stations along with live performances on BBC Radio Kent and Sky TV.
Produced by Jackson Dimiglio-Wood (The Libertines, Shawn Mendes), Joanna's 2019 single release ‘Wasteland’ has amassed over 7K views and was used by Radio X as the soundtrack to their 'Clap for our Carers Coronavirus Campaign'. December 2020 saw the release of Joanna's second single in a series of four releases detailing the thoughts, friendships and experiences of a 20-Something navigating through adulthood.
